Who provides Reply Runway
Reply Runway is a product of Avryxa Technologies Private Limited. These terms cover the public website, its resources and tools, and the service terms incorporated into an order you agree with us. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your organization when requesting or purchasing business services. A signed service agreement or an expressly agreed order controls its specific commercial scope.
Public tools and resources
The public tools, written lessons, templates, and downloadable guides are free to use for legitimate personal, educational, and business purposes, subject to the acceptable use policy and any licence stated with an individual resource. Respect third-party rights and keep required attribution and licence notices. Do not resell website branding or third-party component source as your own.
Your inputs and the results
Provide only information that you are entitled to use. Keep passwords, API keys, private signing keys, and unnecessary sensitive information out of contact forms and AI-writing requests. Review generated text, calculations, diagnostic results, and suggested records before relying on them. You are responsible for the messages you send and any changes you make to your systems.
Understanding tool results
Tool outputs support review and do not guarantee accuracy, mailbox existence, inbox placement, revenue, or regulatory compliance. DNS and security diagnostics reflect the responses available at the time of the check. Copy checks use stated editorial rules. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Follow the explanation and limitations shown with each tool, and obtain appropriate professional advice when needed.
Contact requests and paid services
Submitting a demo or contact request asks our team to discuss your requirements. It does not create a paid subscription, authorize a charge, reserve a service level, or commit either party to a purchase. Pricing, deliverables, account access, support, and any paid service are governed by the written agreement for that engagement.
Orders, charges, and Razorpay
Before authorizing a payment, review the selected service, price, currency, applicable taxes, billing period, and the cancellation and refund conditions presented for your order. Pay only for an order you understand and are authorized to place. When paying through Razorpay, payment credentials are handled through its checkout and payment services. Do not send full card details, CVV, OTPs, or payment passwords through our contact forms or email.
Automatic renewal and mandates
A subscription renews automatically only when you explicitly create and authorize a recurring payment mandate during checkout. The plan, price, billing interval, taxes and renewal terms must be disclosed before you authorize it. Acceptance of these terms alone is not permission for a recurring charge. Without an authorized mandate, another payment requires a separate customer action. Changes requiring a new authorization must not bypass that authorization.
Cancellation and non-refundable payments
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including for unused service, partial billing periods, or early cancellation, except where a refund is required by applicable law. You may cancel an active subscription before its next renewal to stop future renewal charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with access continuing through that period unless restricted under the service terms or law. Cancellation does not create a pro-rata refund. To request cancellation, email [email protected] from the account email and include your subscription or order reference. Report duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges so they can be investigated; mandatory payment and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Payment confirmation and service access
A client-side checkout message is not proof that an order is paid. Service activation depends on server-side confirmation of the matching order, amount, currency, and payment status. Keep your payment receipt and order reference. Technical failures, duplicate charges, and discrepancies should be reported to our contact so the transaction can be investigated.
Terms acceptance and privacy choices
Where we ask you to accept these terms, we record the affirmative action, server timestamp, policy version, and the request or account to which it applies. Acceptance of a service contract is separate from consent for an optional personal-data purpose. Our privacy policy describes how to withdraw consent for consent-based processing, request access or correction, seek erasure, nominate a person where applicable, and raise a grievance.
Privacy and external services
The website privacy notice explains contact-request storage, AI requests, local exercises, and diagnostic services. The cookie and storage notice explains browser storage and security technologies. External websites and third-party services have their own terms and data practices. Review those notices before submitting information to them.
Availability and misuse
Free tools can have input, rate, security, and capacity limits. We may restrict abusive activity, maintain the website, or change a tool to protect users and service reliability. Do not bypass those controls or interfere with another visitor’s access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
