Useful tools.
Responsible use.

Responsible-use and fair-access rules for Reply Runway public tools and resources, including data rights, anti-abuse controls, and reporting concerns.

Use the website for legitimate work

This policy applies to the public website, tools, resources, and contact forms. Use them in a lawful, honest, and respectful way. Follow applicable privacy, intellectual-property, communications, and anti-abuse requirements for your organization and the people you contact.

Respect people and their data

Use contact information and other inputs only when you have an appropriate right to do so. Keep required suppression and opt-out records intact. A public address, a DNS result, or generated copy is not permission to contact someone. Do not use the tools to facilitate harassment, deceptive outreach, unlawful discrimination, or unauthorized disclosure of personal information.

Do not enable harmful activity

Do not use the website to create or distribute phishing, malware, scams, impersonation, fraudulent offers, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not submit stolen credentials, private keys, secrets, or information obtained through unauthorized access. Do not misrepresent generated content, simulated examples, or a diagnostic result as verified evidence.

Protect fair access

Do not bypass Turnstile, rate limits, request validation, input limits, or other safeguards. Do not flood endpoints, run denial-of-service activity, or automate the public tools in a way that disrupts access for others. Free access is subject to the limits shown by each tool; it does not include unrestricted infrastructure or an entitlement to continued automated use.

Use diagnostics within their scope

Run checks only on domains, systems, and information you are authorized to assess. Follow the instructions shown by each tool. Do not use a lookup or generator to probe private infrastructure, defeat access controls, or claim that a mailbox, sender, or service is approved or compliant. Review DNS drafts with the relevant administrator before publishing a change.

Reporting and response

Report suspected abuse or a website security concern to [email protected]. Include the affected page, a short description, and enough information for us to investigate without exposing passwords, private keys, or unrelated personal data. We may limit requests or block access to protect the website and its users. Any commercial account measures are governed by the relevant service agreement.
