Provider and scope
This policy applies to paid Reply Runway subscription plans provided by Avryxa Technologies Private Limited. Read it together with the Terms and Conditions and the service, price, billing period, taxes and other conditions disclosed for your selected order before payment.
Non-refundable subscription payments
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including unused service, partial billing periods and early cancellation, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling a subscription does not create a pro-rata refund. This policy does not remove statutory rights or prevent investigation of duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges.
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel an active subscription before its next renewal to stop future renewal charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with access continuing through that period unless restricted under the service terms or law. Email [email protected] from the address associated with the account and include your subscription or order reference. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
Automatic renewal requires a mandate
Automatic renewal applies only when you explicitly create and authorize a recurring payment mandate during checkout. The selected plan, price, billing interval and renewal conditions must be shown before authorization. Agreeing to the Terms and Conditions by itself does not create a mandate. Without an authorized mandate, another payment requires a separate customer action. Cancelling the subscription must stop future renewal collection; any payment already in progress must be reviewed against its actual processing status.
Razorpay payments and billing queries
When paying through Razorpay, use its payment flow and retain the payment receipt and order reference. Contact [email protected] about a billing discrepancy, cancellation, or a refund required by applicable law. Provide the account email, relevant reference and a short explanation. Never include card numbers, CVV, OTPs or payment passwords. Transaction status must be verified on the server before an order is marked paid or a refund is confirmed.
