Define the input and output
Start with one task, such as organizing research or preparing a draft. Identify which facts may be used and what a useful result should contain. A bounded task is easier to review than a broad instruction to grow a pipeline.
Separate evidence from suggestions
Ask for sources for researched observations and keep unsupported details unresolved. A draft should use approved offer and product information. Review personal details, commercial claims, and implied familiarity before any message reaches a recipient.
Put review before external action
Researching a contact, drafting an email, and sending the email are different actions. Decide where approval is required and which person is responsible. Changes to campaign state, exclusions, or ownership should remain visible and explainable.
Review exceptions as carefully as successes
Plan for unclear intent, missing facts, failed connections, and duplicate events. Route uncertain cases to a person instead of forcing an answer. Expand the scope only after the team understands the common failure cases.
